He seems to be very inexperienced by his technique. The blade is way too high, he did not have his push stick ready in the right place, etc. He measures the cut off piece rather than the piece against the fence !! Why ? In other videos he confuses centimetres and millimetres and it is difficult to see what he is actually doing. The fence looks too long for the size of the workshop; it all looks cramped. His workshop looks so poorly organised that an accident is just around the corner when he trips over something. I want to get over to NZ and tidy it ! The fence itself seems awkward to use with the position indicator so far away from the actual fence. I would sooner look somewhere very close to the fence, as in just about every other fence on the market. It is a fancy design, costing far more than the saw table, and invented by someone who is probably not a user. So a big thumbs down for the equipment and a sorry but a very amateur presentation given that it is used by the company on its website.

A cheaper alternative. Cut down a piece of plywood a little smaller than the width of the panel and lay the face down flat and use some parallel clamps. You can use cauls if you want, but I usually just sand both sides pretty well until all of the high spots are levels out.

I cant believe i will have to use a tap, lol... but all that aside i cant wait to install it and use it, building my first real work table. If i have to use a tap, I have to use a tap, I have them lol curious about those drill presses though.

It's fun to whip out in front of people:) I can see what people are talking about when they say the legs are delicate, but they're design to support a "mostly" vertical load, not be torqued from the side or pushed back into place. My only gripe would probably be related to the clamps provided. They're not the highest quality. They do the job, so no big deal, but they could be better. All in all, pretty cool gadget.

Instead of marking where the riser blocks go, I used CA glue to hold the risers in place. After the rail was screwed down, I simply snapped off the CA glue from the anodized aluminum. All Done.

The drill stand is from Wabeco. They have a website. I am almost certain the drill itself is Fein.

Over 1yr later and I still don't know the name of the drill in the wabecco stand. I'm looking to purchase that stand but would like a good accurate drill to purchase for it, so please, if anyone has any idea, would you please leave a comment. Thank You.
